I am very sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. God has promised to, one day soon, eliminate death forever, along with all sickness, pain, and sorrow. (Rev.21:4) He has also promised to reunite us with our loved ones on a restored paradise earth. The Bible says he yearns to do this. (John 5:28,29; Job 14:14,15) I hope these scriptures will bring comfort to each of you.

Mrs. Avery, Tod, and families,
I am so sad to hear of Mr. Avery's passing. I remember a guy with a wonderful spirit.
Though I don't think he ever drove bus for my route, perhaps for a sport ... I remember him because you of you Mrs. Avery, my daily bus driver.
My sincerest condolences.

I have many memories of "Mr Avery" at the wheel of our bus with the wooden block on the gas peddle, always a big smile as we got on or off- getting us to school in record time! Lots of days spent with him, Olive and "Peanut" showing horses in 4-H - the busiest person (besides Mrs. Avery!)I knew but he always had time for the kids. May your good memories help you through this time of loss.
