Obituary of Carol Tacea

Carol Ingerson Tacea, 73, of Cazenovia, died Saturday at Francis House. She was born in Syracuse, the daughter of Leon and Frances Pratt Ingerson. She worked as a dental hygienist for Dr. Withers in Hamilton since 1994. Carol was a 30-year member of the Cazenovia Area Volunteer Ambulance Corps where she was a former medic, dispatcher and recipient of the President's Award. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Daughters of the American Revolution. Surviving are her sons, Mark (Katherine) of Aliso Viejo, CA, Christopher (Marianna) of Cazenovia; her companion of 20 years, John Roberts of Nelson; her grandchildren, Kelcie and Kristopher of Aliso Viejo and a granddaughter and grandson on the way. Funeral services will be held at 11am Thursday at the Tait Funeral Home, Inc. 2333 Fenner Road Cazenovia. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
