Hi Sue,I was prompted to think of you after all these years and look you up yesterday. To my surprise I saw the news about your husband.I know God put it in my heart to look you up.I too lost my husband of 50 plus years 5 years ago.I find comfort he is with Jesus as I am sure you do too. Thanks for being my friend in nursing school and being an example for me.After a long detour into legalism both Steve and I came to the truth.Diane Zavocki

Dear Susan,
I heard the sad news of David’s passing from Cilla sorenson. I hope you remember me from when my daughter Laura was little and we lived across the street from you. Such fond memories of our girls playing together and moms sitting on the porch steps with such pleasant chit chat. Such wonderful days. You and David were always so kind and caring. I am in California now and like you a grandmother enjoying their laughter and hugs. Sending you sincere condolences and hugs.
My email should you care to connect is judy@judyschoenrock.com

Dave was a dear friend in Christ. I will always remember his Godly example and his spiritual influence of my life, particularly during the Here's Life Syracuse Evangelistic campaign. Sometimes we would meet at noon time just the two of us and pray. Praying that God would send Revival to our city and our County and our country. I'm thankful that we were friends for years in Syracuse. I look forward to seeing him again worshiping before the Throne of God. Susan we love you we pray that our God will comfort you and your whole family during this time of loss.

Dear Susan and family, my deep sympathy to all of you in the death of one so dear. Dave was such a friend to both of us, but especially to my Dave, "Filkie." Now they are both in Heaven, rejoicing that their faith has been made sight. Your Dave was a helper, an encourager, a supporter, and a giver. We were blessed to know him. God bless you in your journey ahead.

Dear Sue,
You and Dave were friends way back in our young married days in Syracuse. We went to a Crusade Christmas Conference with you in 1977 as we were contemplating Crusade ministry ourselves. Our paths didn’t overlap much after that but we loved you both and your commitment to Jesus impacted our lives. Dave is now in the presence of the King of Kings, but your family is left behind with the loss. Praying God’s comfort for all of you. ♥️. Herb and Donna Janes

We send our sincere condolences to Susan, the children and grandchildren upon the loss of Dave. We rejoice that he is with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ now. We were privileged to have Dave as our director when we served with him and Susan with Campus Crusade for Christ at Syracuse University in the mid 1970s. Dave was a caring leader, always encouraging and supportive whose faith in Jesus Christ shone brightly. We spent an enjoyable summer working with him and Susan in Lake Placid in 1978. We well remember Stephanie, Rebecca, and newborn Ben before we were transferred to Buffalo. Our prayers are with the family during this time.

To the family of David Craig, my deepest condolences. We were college friends at UMass Amherst, involved in Campus Crusade together. David was a gentle, caring person. He always reached out to me and made me feel significant. He was a man of fine character. Some day we'll all be reunited in Glory!
