Jenny, Elsa, and Teddy; My thoughts are with you 3, your entire family, and everyone else Brian touched. My Dad would have truly loved the services for Brian Saturday, as you know Cady Kepler Sr. loved Brian like a son. The loss of Brian is tragic in and of itself, but the countless people Brian touched I am sure are also grieving. To say Brian was unique is an understatement. There truly was no project too large or difficult for Brian to tackle. I thank Brian for the time he took in looking after my Mom after my Dad passed, and I won't forget the time he spent with her. My heart goes out to you all. Lew Kepler

I’m so sorry Jenny
My name is Pamela Domick who was married to Richard Gaffney, who worked for Dick Coughlin and eventually bought his dental practice.
My Second Chapter of life was spent with the past 25 years living with a pilot on an Airpark in Independence, Oregon…so I know all about passion for flying. Brian’s passion for restoration was another level. I too just lost my partner a month ago of a heart attack at 77. In fact he was eligible for the Wright award for flying 50 years as his solo date was 9/8/74 and died 9/10/24 .
I cry with you and will send prayers for strength to go forward. Maybe they will meet each other in heaven.
Pamela

We're so sorry to know that our youngest cousin, Brian T Tait, with the extraordinary and spirited life that he has always had, was so unceremoniously taken before I even had a chance to say thank you and goodbye. I should have seized on the opportunity early and often. Not at all what he wanted, but I'm sure that with his father and family and friends and aerodrome aviators of the past and now World Way I pilots, That Brian is working on something BIG for when you shall all meet again.
Pleaes except our sincerest condolences to Jenny, Elsa, Teddy and Judy and family.
We love you all

Dear Jenny, Elsa and Teddy,
It is with deep sadness that we heard of Brian's passing last weekend. The Cazenovia community is better off today because of Brian's wisdom and his active involvement in the community - all aspects of it - and he and his talents and interests will be sorely missed by all who knew Brian. He was friend to everyone he crossed paths with. He helped many in the community. He was loyal, smart and honest and he will be missed by all of us. Our prayers go out to the entire Coughlin family. Thank you for sharing Brian with us. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Regards, Ted and Mary-Pat

When I heard the news of Brian, I was outside in the sun and could not see the posting clearly, nor even begin to comprehend what I thought I was reading. I immediately went inside to clarify the post that Brian Schell had posted on Facebook and burst into tears. I absolutely loved and will always love Brian!!! He helped our family in ways untold during my brother's move to Syracuse, our search for properties and estimating the value of my mother and father's home in Eagle View. No matter when I called him, he was always willing to drop everything and come to help me. His incredible sense of humor went WAY back to our days in high school. He was so much fun to be around that it did not matter if I hadn't seen him in 4 years or 20, his refreshing spirit and kindness picked right up where we last left off. I am beyond heart broken at this news and have been fervently praying for everyone in the wake of this terrible loss. May God be with you at this time.

Brian meant a lot to me. His focus on detail and getting things right / his integrity were great to see but more importantly just talking with Brian was important. I am very sorry to hear of his loss, and truly thankful to have known him.
