John Joseph Milin, 90, of Lancaster, South Carolina passed away peacefully on October 13, 2025. Born in Cazenovia, New York on October 19, 1934, John dedicated his life to the work he loved most — dairy farming. A man of remarkable strength, perseverance, and quiet pride, he spent his days caring for the land and his cows, embodying the values of hard work and resilience that defined his generation.

He is survived by his son, Tom Milin (Valerie Dorrance), and his daughter, Lorrie Milin-Hobler (Slade Henry). He was a loving father-in-law to Kelly Milin and Tibor Hobler. He was a cherished grandfather to Jamie Milin and Ryan Milin (Jennifer Milin), Nicole Hobler and Kristen Hobler. He was also a devoted great-grandfather to Jaelynn Isreal, Dominik Milin, Zachary Milin, and our little angel in heaven, Lila Milin.
He is survived by his siblings Michael Milin, Mary Dailey, Cathy Basic, Liz Jillson (Ron Jillson), and Anna Austin (Terry Austin), and was predeceased by his brother, Joe Milin.
