Obituary of George Daggett

George A. Daggett, 80, of Cazenovia, passed away Friday, April 20th 2012, at his home. A native of Cazenovia, he retired from Bristol Meyer after 30 years of employment. He was an avid golfer, bowler and fisherman. George loved to play cards. George was a former member of the Cazenovia Fire Department. Surviving are his wife of 50 years, the former Martha Mather; two daughters, Amy (John) Daggett of Geneseo and Deborah (Mike) Skinner of Eaton; 3 granddaughters, Katie (16), Martha (15) and Annie (12); 1 brother, William (Jean) of Cazenovia; 1 sister Patricia Becker of Cazenovia. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4-7 pm at Tait Funeral Home, Inc. 2333 Fenner Road, Cazenovia. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 on Wednesday at the Funeral Home with burial following in Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cazenovia Fire Department Rescue Squad 127 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY 13035.
