Dave and I worked together at O-I from 1987 to his retirement. We shared a lot of good laughs and stories. Dave was very sincere in his work and responsibilities. I will sadly miss him but he is now back with Ruby and I see that broad smile on his face. Dave and I did stay in touch after his retirement through the email system. Had a few good golf outings with him. Always the life of the party. My condolences go out to his family along with my prayers. Tom Banasiak

One of a kind. Dave was a man who continually seeked excellence in all that he did. I remember many projects on which we collaborated "back in my day" with O-I. I always knew when his contracting requirements came to me they would be accurate and final; His mind was always way ahead of the rest of us in terms of preparedness. He was a good man and one we will all miss. My condolences to you. Dick Youngberg

David was one of my engineers @ O-I as I managed the secretarial part of the Cold End group. He will be missed by everyone who knew him, as David was so unique in a lot of ways. So missed seeing his Emails (since January 2016) knew something happened to alter his activity with us. Called, left a message but no response. So sorry to learn of his passing.

Dave was a great professional who supported his co-workers, represented his company around the world in a professional and protective manner, and was always enthusiastic with great sense of humor. He took great pride in all he did. I can remember many of his contributions to his work at Owens-Illinois. My prayers and well wishes to all family and friends. I haven't seen Dave in some years now, yet today as I read this obituary, my fond memories feel like it was yesterday. He had a way of bringing people together. God Bless.
