Thomas “Tod” Nee, 65, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully Saturday morning. Tod was born in Boston, Massachusetts a son of the late, George H. and Joan Lavelle Nee and lived most of his life in Syracuse. He graduated from Nottingham High School in 1969 and Syracuse University in 1975. Tod earned his Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of Colorado in 1980. Tod also worked at AccessCNY as a Peer-Recovery Specialist and worked through Sunrise to help people with mental health issues. He enjoyed reading and traveling, especially to San Diego. Tod was known for his ball caps and enjoyed watching sports-namely the NY Giants and Syracuse University sports. He was a member of the Pompey Community Church.
