It is sad to learn of Bill's death. It brought back good memories of working with him in the engineering and surveying field what is now years ago. He was a fine person and professional. My condolences to wife and family.

It is with very heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our beloved Uncle Bill. He was such a wonderful uncle. Uncle Bill and my Aunt Bev spent so much time with my sisters, Martha and Yvonne, and our brother Mark and me (Janice) when we were children. Uncle Bill taught us how to waterski and they often took us on weekend vacations to Lake George and many other fun places in the Adirondack mountains. We are grateful for all of the fun times we were able to share with Uncle Bill and Aunt Bev (Bev #1) and for all of the beautiful memories that they helped create during our childhood.
We are so very grateful to Diana and Tom Harvey for helping us stay in touch with Uncle Bill. Your kindness, love and care for our Uncle Bill will forever be rememberd and appreciated. We send our sincere sympathy to you both and especially Bev, Uncle Bill’s current wife. Very affectionally known as Bev #2.
Love,
The Allen’s

I have fond memories of Bill and his first wife back in the days when my dad Al Palmer ran Palmer’s Diner and was mayor and when Bev worked with my uncle Clarke Patterson at Morris Machine Works.
Blessings to all of you.
