Jane was an inspiration to me and encouraged me when I joined the Caz Fire Dept. She even gave me a pair of her fire boots to use until I was issued my own. She made her community a better place through the Erieville Fire Dept !
Rest in peace my friend.

My condolences to the Pushlar and Magee families on the loss of their mom and spirit guide. Jane was a friend of over fifty years. My late wife always considered her to be her first and best Cazenovia friend. Jane was the epitome of what service to her community means. She loved Erieville and Erieville loved her back. We loved her too!

I'm so sorry to hear about Jane's passing, She was a great neighbor and friend, and a great member of the community. She is now in the arms of her husband Bob and her Lord, Jesus. Always busy and on the go, she and Bob always had an open back door for me & Jonah (always giving him a treat). She will be greatly missed. Sending hugs and many prayers to the family now and in the days to come.

Pat and I are so sorry to hear of Jane’s passing. Growing up myself in Erieville, Jane and Bob were part of the community that were friends of my parents. As an adult and Pat and I became part of the Erieville Fire Department, Jane was a member that was a mentor and friend to us. She came to visit us this summer and I’m so glad we had an opportunity to see her that one last time. Jane will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers to her family.

My last memory of Jane was when she came to Tuscarora Lake to assist in a rescue of myself and some friends when a boat that we were in stalled and sunk in the middle of the lake. We were rescued by a pontoon boat that was on the lake at the same time. Jane checked us all out to insure that we were all ok. She was a blessing to all who knew her. She was a great lady! She will be missed. RIP Jane!

My deepest sympathies to the entire family.
Growing up in Erieville, Jane was one of my many adopted mothers. She was very kind and fun loving. When I was taking Driver's Ed she would pick me up on her way to work and drop me off at the school. Have a lot of fun memories from Fireman's functions, especially bowling tournaments!
