Christina Angel Valletta, 32, of Cazenovia, passed Tuesday, August 2, 2022 after a two-year battle with cancer. Christina was born October 11, 1989 in Watertown to Charles Blasco and Ali Pelow. She was a graduate of General Brown High School, Dexter New York in 2008 and attended the cosmetology program located at the Charles H. Bohlan, Jr. Technical Center located on the Watertown Campus of Jefferson Lewis BOCES in Watertown. Christina enjoyed her job as a customer service representative with Holbrook Heating, where she met her husband and her “sisters” group. She was loved and adored by all her work family. Above all else, Christina was mother, a devoted wife and all-around beautiful person with a smile and a laugh that would spread across any room like wildfire.
Christina was a complete warrior who battled cancer for over two years. She was the definition of strength, courage, compassion and kindness. Christina was a pillar of strength for everyone even in her weakest moments. Her friends describe her as a “genuine straight shooter” who wasn’t afraid to call you out and often times would be brutally honest. Christina had a fierce love of her family and loved with her whole heart, also her “purse game” was always on point. The embodiment of love and light, the world couldn’t handle a soul so pure. Those who shared this love with Christina will now stay close together as we have all gained the most beautiful guardian angel, may you rest easy my love until we meet again. She now watches over us all.
She is survived by her children, Jordan, Amelia and Weston; her loving husband, Kyle; her mother and step-father, Ali and Roy Bullard; her sisters, Colene (Chris Lennox) Acevedo, Grace Blasco and Hanna Blasco; her brother Ryan Spencer; maternal grandparents, Roy and Anne Bullard; her in-laws, Eric and Molly Valletta as well as a several additional family and friends that are considered family. Her love and care will be dearly missed. Christina was predeceased by her father, Charles A. Blasco and by her brother, Drew Blasco.
Christina’s family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and the entire staff at Roswell Park Cancer Institute for the care and attention given to Christina and the support provided to them during her recent stay at their facility. The family would also like to thank the owners and their coworkers at Holbrook Heating for all of their generosity provided to Christina and the family during her battle with cancer.
