Mom always had a shoulder to lean on when I knee deep in kids and didn't know what to to do. And she would always tell me a story about her son's terrorizing her to make me feel better. She shared her recipe for hamburger soup to stretch a meal. She always kissed me goodbye and gave me hugs when I walked in the door. Mom I'm going to miss you so much. I love you so much.

Carol was a very kind person. We had a lot of good times and a lot of laughs. My condolences to the whole Granger family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. RIP Carol.

I remember when I took Aunt Carol to a gay bar for the first time. She was incredibly nervous. But we saw a drag show and I got her to be brave enough to put dollars into some male strippers' g-strings. The following week I took my mom and Aunt Carol to the same club. Aunt Carol wasn't nervous at all. I'm going to miss her. She was my favorite aunt and one of my favorite people, period. My love to all of Aunt Carol's family and friends.
