Obituary of Rosemarie Grubb

Rosemarie Grubb, 89, formerly of Jamesville, died August 1, at her daughter's home in New Woodstock, where she resided for the past 2 years. She and her late husband Herbert had previously resided in Sylvan Beach and wintered in Winter Haven Fl. She and her husband owned and operated DeWitt Town Laundromat from 1959-1971. She and her family enjoyed a camp in the foothill of the Adirondacks for 45 years. They spent time traveling throughout the US in their motorhome. Surviving are her children, Eric (Janice) Grubb, Cheryl (Terry) Meyer, Crystal Gaskell, David Grubb, Willis (Sharon) Grubb and James Grubb; her sister, Patricia Williamson; 16 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. A graveside service will be held at 1PM Saturday in the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Jamesville. Contributions may be made to the Walnut Grove Cemetery Assoc.
