Only met Ron once. He and Jeff came to Buffalo to watch a Bills game with whole big group of us. (Maybe 20y ago?) Torrential downpour all day. But he cooked the hotdogs on the little grill and tossed the football around while some of the less hearty waited in the car for the game to start. Bills ended up winning, by the way. Condolences to all.

Lynn, I was shocked to hear of Ron's passing. I was looking forward to seeing the two of you after all these years at our 50th High School reunion. When we heard he was ill and couldn't make it we were disappointed. As you probaly remember, Ron, Jerry Allen and I roomed together at Clarkson and I remember those days well and some of the double dates we went on. Looking at his picture I can still remember his laugh and sense of humor. It sounds like you've had a wonderful life together and that he had a successful career after graduation. As others have said, he was one hard worker. our thoughts and prayers are with youin this difficult time. Don Mattice

Mrs. LaCourse, Scott, Chris, and Jeff, I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of Mr. LaCourse. All I can think about is how, when I was at your house growing up, Scott, your parents were so welcoming and loving. I always felt like I was part of the family. I'm also sorry that I can't be at the services to tell you this in person. Please know that I'm thinking about you and your family, and reminiscing about what a great man your dad was. Take care of yourselves.

Lyne, Chris, Jeff and Scotty: So sad to hear of Uncle Rons passing. Although I was quite young, I do remember the times at the camp behind Reynolds when Ron would fly his gas powered model planes. I also remember how smitten he was with you Aunt Lynn and will forever remember the time we had dinner together at your home in Foxwoods.I cant ever remember a time when Ron didnt have a smile on his face and he truely brought joy and happiness to everyone who had the good fortune of knowing him. Please accept our most sincere condolences on your loss. Love to all, Tim and Girls.

I was very sad to hear of Ron's passing though I know he is no longer suffering and is at peace. Ron had such a friendly smile and was always so helpful to my parents. I know my Dad appreciated all his help when my Dad could no longer do things for himself. We will miss seeing him next door to Mom. Our prayers are with all of you.
